POST SEASON HONORS
Earlville won district
titles in 1922, 1938, 1941, 1954, 1956, 1957 and 1958.
Leland won a district
title in 1959 and the Panthers won back-to-back regional titles in 1978 and 1979.
Newark won
district titles in 1968 and 1969. The Norsemen have also captured twelve regional
titles (1968, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1987, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012), three sectional championships (2009,
2010 and 2011) and after winning the super-sectional in 2011 won the the Class 1A state title and finished
season 33-1.
Plano, while a conference member won a district trophy in 1941.
Hinckley won seven
district championships in 1926, 1936, 1942, 1950, 1951, 1952 and again in 1963.
Paw Paw won district
titles in 1940, 1941 and 1943. The Bulldogs lifted their only regional plaque
in 1998.
Sandwich while a
conference member was unable to take home any post season hardware.
Serena has claimed
five district championships (1944, 1955, 1960, 1964 and 1965). The Huskers have
also claimed four regional titles coming in the 1981, 1985, 1998 and 2007 seasons.

Shabbona won four
consecutive district titles in 1959, 1960, 1961 and 1962. The Indians took home
regional titles in 1959, 1961, 1972, 1976 and 1980. In the 1972 season, the first
year of the two-class system, Shabbona won a sectional title. Under head coach
David Fultz, the Indians fell to Elgin St. Edwards in the super-sectional 56-54 in overtime to finish their season with a
28-1 record.
Hinckley-Big Rock
captured two district titles in 1967 and 1968. The Royals five won seven regional crowns those coming in 1967, 1984,
1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2012. In 1984, H-BR was a member of the Class A Elite Eight as they defeated Winnebago
at the DeKalb Super-Sectional, but fell to eventual state champ McCleansboro in the state quarter-finals.
Indian Creek has
won three regional titles in 1997, 2010 and 2011.
Somonauk earned
district titles in 1943, 1945 and 1946. The Bobcats have won five regional titles
coming in 1943, 1945, 1982, 1989 and 1992. In 1945, Somonauk won a sectional
title to advance them down state as 16 teams traveled to University of Illinois’ Huff Gym. The Bobcats and their head coach Bill
Randles won their first round game with a 44-35 win over Carbondale to reach the Elite Eight, but fell to Champaign 77-28 to end their magical post season run.
Rollo won a pair
of district titles in 1938 and 1950.
Waterman won eight
district titles (1930, 1931, 1935, 1944, 1945, 1949, 1953 and 1954). The Wolverines
also captured five regional titles in the years 1936, 1939, 1941, 1945 and 1948. Waterman
earned sectional titles in 1930 and 1941, while also being a state qualifier in 1930 under legendary head coach Ernie Eveland.
Malta was unable to win any post season hardware
while a member of the conference.
LaMoille captured
the schools first ever regional title in 2008.
Kirkland-Hiawatha
has been unable to earn any post season hardware since joining the conference in the 2006-2007 season.
Sheridan was unable to win any post season hardware
while a member of the conference.
